Cancellation Policy

If the Participant fails to give 24 hours cancellation notice, is more than 15 minutes late for the session, or is not present at the time of the scheduled appointment, the appointment will still be counted as one used session and there will be no refund. Please note that services purchased expire after 3 months from date of purchase. While exceptions may be made for illness, injury, weather, and death; more than 1 occurrence will result in a forfeited session with no refund. You may reschedule up to 2 times otherwise you forfeit the session. In the event Canine Chemistry Dog Training, LLC encounters inclement weather or other extenuating circumstances such as health emergencies resulting in the need for rescheduling or cancellation, you will be notified and credited or refunded at our discretion.
